We’re looking to add a talented, logical and curious Brand Planner/Strategist to our team. This role is crucial to our process, and offers the right person the opportunity to develop high-profile initiatives across a wide array of client verticals.
Daily To Do's:
  • Act as a strategic steward to account teams; help them define an insight and strategy
  • Gather, define and clarify all insights that drive our creative output and integrated marketing plans
  • Create customer personas as well as highlight client’s competitive differentiators
  • Ensure all campaigns are meeting clients' KPIs
  • Utilize various methods (qualitative & quantitative research, interviews, surveys) to provide the team with relevant information gleaned from studying markets or relevant data
  • Work closely with data around customer behaviors, market research, and business strategy to develop strategic insights and recommendations that will lead our creative and integrated planning efforts
  • Keep tabs on the pulse of current and emerging trends and share with colleagues
  • Share insights and progress to promote a customer-centric culture
  • Understand big picture strategy and translate into tactical plans/recommendations
  • Craft compelling creative briefs that lead to the development of successful brand identity programs and creative concepts
  • Make strategic recommendations based on research, trends, analytics and insights
  • Take part in measurement, helping teams understand where priorities should lie in the marketing funnel depending on business objectives
Must Have's:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ advertising agency experience in a brand strategy/planning role
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in integrated advertising and marketing, backed up by a solid understanding of creative processes and digital platforms
  • Demonstrated success navigating client and colleague relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  • Proven ability to derive consumer insights and develop consumer personas and detailed target audiences
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and meet client deadlines
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

We’re looking for an energetic, upbeat and flexible Sr. Project Manager with a team-player mentality who will inspire their colleagues to produce their best work every day. This person is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of complex, multi-faceted, cross-channel advertising campaigns, while serving as a key point of contact and delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients.This agency does a blend of traditional/digital work that runs the gamut from traditional print advertising, direct marketing, outdoor, radio and TV commercials to online videos, websites, landing pages, social media and mobile apps --- and everything in between.
DAILY TO DO'S:

  • Proven expertise in managing both traditional and digital campaigns, including content creation, demand gen, website design & social media engagements
  • Superior client services experience, ability to juggle multiple accounts and client relationships at a time
  • Effective management of project plans, timelines, and schedules with meticulous organizational skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, leveraging knowledge of services, processes, tools, technology and collaboration with leaders and team members to get to resolution fast
  • A confident communication style with solid presentation and active listening skills
  • A facility with numbers and the proven ability to manage estimates, budgets and invoicing
  • Positive outlook and attitude
  • The ability to adapt and the willingness to go the extra mile when project deadlines necessitate it
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Our client is  a full-service agency, providing research, strategy, creative, production, digital,  traditional media, social media, branding, omni-channel and experiential marketing services to a wide range of clients, including many Fortune 500 household brands. 

We are seeking a highly conceptual, award-winning ACD, Copywriter who is ready to help lead the creative charge on two Fortune 500 accounts. You will need to be able to oversee the development of multiple client campaigns simultaneously, while managing and mentoring less senior creative. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, strategic storyteller and pitch-perfect writer who can partner with the CD and ACDs to deliver exceptional creative across brand and digital marketing projects. 
  • Support the CD and partner with ACD in leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary creative team of 10+people to do exceptional work
  • Lead copywriting responsibility in creating original, culturally vibrant, brand engagement: from top level campaign concepts, to paid media advertising, and everything in between.

Must have's:

  • Exceptional conceptual and storytelling talent
  • Proven experience developing strategically grounded, creative ideas across digital and traditional media, for major consumer brands

The freelance Digital Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of complex digital and user-experience engagements, while serving as a key point of contact and delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of large digital projects and manage all project related requests with the client
  • Manage and deliver quality projects on budget, on time, and on schedule
  • Responsible for project scope, risks, schedule, budget, quality, and communication
  • Create and manage project plans, status reports, risk assessment plans, change orders, resource needs etc
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the project life-cycle providing coaching, motivation and inspiration
  • Effectively applying methodology and enforcing project standards as the project requires
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles; address them with the team in a proactive manner
  • Communicate with colleagues, clients and vendors on an ongoing basis to review existing work items and prioritize requests, and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood

Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Digital Project Manager
