Our client is  a full-service agency, providing research, strategy, creative, production, digital,  traditional media, social media, branding, omni-channel and experiential marketing services to a wide range of clients, including many Fortune 500 household brands. 

We are seeking a highly conceptual, award-winning ACD, Copywriter who is ready to help lead the creative charge on two Fortune 500 accounts. You will need to be able to oversee the development of multiple client campaigns simultaneously, while managing and mentoring less senior creative. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, strategic storyteller and pitch-perfect writer who can partner with the CD and ACDs to deliver exceptional creative across brand and digital marketing projects. 
  • Support the CD and partner with ACD in leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary creative team of 10+people to do exceptional work
  • Lead copywriting responsibility in creating original, culturally vibrant, brand engagement: from top level campaign concepts, to paid media advertising, and everything in between. 
  • Partner with an art/design based creative and a cross-functional team to bring great concepts & ideas to life 
  • Apply strategic thinking to every concept, design and copy decision; transform  strategic insights into compelling creative campaigns and messaging
Must have's:
  • 7+ years’ experience copywriting and concepting across a range of marketing channels (e.g., ad campaigns, social, email, banners and webpages)—and and award-winning portfolio to prove it
  • Experience on working on "women's brands" or representing the voice of the female consumer
  • Exceptional conceptual and storytelling talent
  • Proven experience developing strategically grounded, creative ideas across digital and traditional media, for major consumer brands
  • A strong and diverse portfolio of original advertising and brand engagement work, including digital, video, and new media
  • Expert understanding of creative considerations across website, mobile, online advertising, social media, video, and so on.
  • Ability to thoughtfully and persuasively articulate creative concepts to cross-functional teams
  • Able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and partner with resources in the broader Design group to scale and deliver amazing work
  • Proven ability to develop strong client and colleague relationships
  • Four-year degree is required; portfolio school a big plus

Requirements:
