Join this innovative user experience team as we introduce ground breaking UX design into the next generation of our suite of web and mobile solutions used by millions of users. Reporting to the Director of User Experience, you'll translate complex business problems into intuitive software solutions, create compelling designs and functional prototypes of new user experiences and product features and investigate/evaluate new design concepts.

Responsibilities

Work with product managers and business analysts to refine software requirements and evaluate design
alternatives.
Refine design alternatives through use of paper prototypes, wire frames, Photoshop mockups, user
feedback, and other established usability methods. Continuously iterate over designs to improve the user
experience.
Build functional high-fidelity UI prototypes (for certain features when needed)
Work with engineers to ensure that UI designs are technically feasible and can be implemented within
release timeframes.
Investigate cutting edge presentation designs and technologies to influence product design and UI
architecture direction.
Define UI standards and perform UI reviews to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of five to seven years of web, internet related design experience.
Required Technologies: Photoshop, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (including jQuery)
Proven experience designing rich user experiences with innovative and compelling web-based interfaces
Experience designing mobile applications (smart phone and tablet apps)
Excellent understanding of cross-browser standards compliancy
Ability to create final graphic and other UI assets for flawless design implementation.
