We're looking for someone who is type A/go-getter with diplomatic personality who has super-strong relationship-building skills.
Creative & UX rule the roost here, and they tend to drive the projects. The PM is the lead & point person for keeping the process moving.

MIDLEVEL PROJECT MANAGER (3-5 years experience)
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (5-7 years experience)
They're looking for someone who:
knows how to support creative + UX and let them take the lead +
support them however they need it
has experience PM'ing mobile projects + can talk in the "mobile/
tablet" lingo; understands that lifecycle
has agency experience from a digital, user centered design / service
design firm
can do PM101 work in their sleep (resource allocations, budgeting,
scheduling, etc)
is egoless + transparent + client-facing + diplomatic
has a cheery sunny "can do" disposition and doesn't mind pitching in
on most things----it's a start-up vibe so everyone is in 'build' mode,
all the time
has experience running multiple projects in the $10K-250K range, 1-6
month timelines
isn't afraid of setting process and carving out a PMO within an
organization that doesn't have a longstanding PMO within its ranks
rocks. just plain rocks.
