Reporting to the Director of Analytics, the Data Analyst will design, brief and perform analysis through primary data by using SQL and SAS.  These analyses will be used to translate Client insights into easy to understand recommendations to support marketing planning and customer development.  Position will use segmentation, targeting models and predictive modeling tools. Also will provide support training programs and materials to launch other products and tools into the client’s business processes.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of analytical experience using SQL/ SAS is required.  Familiarity with technology based clients, and particularly customer driven data.  Must be able to conduct data manipulation using large volumes of data and must have a solid understanding of database principles and efficiencies. A plus would be to have advanced statistics using clustering, regression and other multivariate techniques, is preferred. Must be able to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to a non-analytical audience. Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills are essential.  Strong written communication skills are required to create clear, concise, and actionable materials for the client.
