Sr. Account Executive, Integrated; Saginaw, MI area

This small, successful agency works with some of the top brands on the Fortune 500, but tends to fly under the radar because they are not one of the "big shops" in town. This is a small, satellite group established to manage an important client in the Detroit area (NOT automotive industry client). This means you can work from home when you're not working at the client site --- and lose the daily morning commute!

Reporting to the Account Director, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive with 5 years advertising agency experience  to manage the client relationship/account and work with established agency  teams to manage overall agency work conducted on behalf of the client.

Daily To-Do's:

    Manage, build and grow overall client relationship on assigned accounts; identify new business/growth opportunities within accounts and pitch to clients that will differentiate their brands within their respective category
    Establish marketing priorities, goals and objectives
    Develop marketing strategy, along with communications to achieve stated goals
    Develop client- and budget-appropriate strategies and solutions to meet client goals, objectives and expectations
    Develop metrics and measuring program effectiveness.
    Keeps client and agency partners apprised of key client and project information (direction, approvals, status, issues, budgets and deadlines) to ensure smooth project workflow from initiation to completion

Work closely with agency partners to:

    ·Develop and manage scope, timelines and budgets
    ·    Monitor, track and report on projects   
    ·    Write creative briefs
    ·    Prioritize work in progress/in the project pipeline
    ·    Analyze real time risks to project progress

Must have's:

    5-7 years' advertising/marketing agency experience in account management
    Expertise in managing highly complex, multi-faceted integrated marketing and PRcampaigns, including print, direct mail/marketing, collateral, in-store, outdoor, broadcast (print, radio, online video), OLA, digital/banner advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM/PPC, social media, mobile apps/sites
    Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations
    Strong time management and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding communication and presentation skills
    MS Office Suite, C&P, Basecamp
