This 50 year old global consultancy is a digital innovation, product development, and commercialization firm that provides consulting, design, and technology services to its clients to help them rapidly develop, launch, and grow transformational digital products, platforms, and businesses. They need to hire some additional talent for their social media division as follows:
 
Social Media Coordinator:
1-3 years experience with the following: ; Responsible for: 1) Creating and posting content to 10+ social media channels on a daily basis; 2) Execute specialized campaigns within social for specific key marketing topics. Define range of activities associated to campaign. Develop ideas to present to key stakeholders; 3) Coordinate BCG's social media tracking and analysis program – oversee the collection of social media metrics, develop quarterly reports, explore opportunities to optimize applicable social media tracking and analysis processes; 4) Support BCG's social media program expansion efforts, by researching social media technologies and platforms. Research efforts will include development of presentations and communications for a variety of internal audiences. 


Social Media Specialist:
3-5 years experience; Responsible for: 1) Manages overall global social media program for BCG;  2) Manages team in daily creation and dissemination of content in more than 10+ globally managed social media channels; 3) Works with partners on incoporating social media strategies into their networking efforts. Make recommendations on content strategy to this group; 4) Strategizes on paid ad spend in social and SEM; 5) Utilize social media trends to make strategic suggestions to evolve and advance social media efforts; and 6) Company expert in social media

Social Media Manager:3-5 years experience with the following: 1) Managing overall global social media program for company;  2) managing team in daily creation and dissemination of content in more than 10+ globally managed social media channels; 3) working with partners on incoporating social media strategies into their networking efforts; making recommendations on content strategy to this group; 4) strategizing on paid ad spend in social and SEM; 5) utilizing social media trends to make strategic suggestions to evolve and advance social media efforts; and 6) acting as the company expert in social media

Digital Campaign Manager:
 7-10 years experience with the following: 1) Managing campaigns across digital for marketing topics and themes across the web, email, and social media as well as third-party aggregators;  2) helping develop strategy for sharing content  across channels; 3) creating digital campaign plan and share with internal stakeholders; 4) executing campaigns by working with managers of digital marketing sub functions; and 5) understanding technologies and options for sharing content across internal and external platforms
