Account Manager / Engagement Manager, Digital - Boston, MA

We're looking for an Account Manager/Engagement Manager to join our team in managing day-to-day client needs across various accounts.

Day to days:

  • Support account team in the management of client relationships and communications - build and maintain business relationships in the clients' organization
  • Participate in client management activities such as attending client meetings, creative presentations and review sessions; providing them with frequent project updates, status reports, key documents (budgets, schedules, status reports)
  • Lead client engagements, from small, innovative projects to larger integrated end-to-end solutions - work closely with our project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time, error-free and within budget
  • Provide assistance with weekly finance tracking, monthly billing and forecast reports
 Requirements:

  • 3+ years agency and account management experience
  • 2+ years' digital account management experience
  • Digital/interactive agency experience preferred
  • Candidate must have experience with online advertising, websites, digital content, digital experiences/installments and mobile/tablet apps
  • 2+ years experience working on consumer accounts
