Director, Product Marketing; Burlington, MA

We are seeking to add an energetic and passionate Director of Product Marketing to help set and execute our client's go-to-market strategy.

Daily duties:
  • Reporting to the CMO and leadership committee, lead, manage and mentor product marketing team
  • Drive the development and execution of the global go-to market strategy across all product lines
  • Lead the product launch process and accelerate time to revenue for new products
  • Develop compelling and unique messaging
  • Create sales collateral and website content that clearly captures key selling points and our unique value proposition
  • Understand the voice of the customer
  • Develop thought leadership content and core marketing themes that will drive high volume lead generation
  • Speak at conferences and webinars
  • Work closely with sales and partners in developing playbooks and sales enablement tools that accelerate opportunity creation and increase win rates
Must have's
  • 5+ years of experience managing product marketing teams with high tech software companies preferably selling to IT teams
  • 3+ years' experience bringing new products to global market
  • Strong understanding of high-velocity/low friction go-to-market models
  • Product marketing experience with low ASP software companies
  • Strong experience in both direct as well as partner marketing models on a global basis
  • Demonstrated success growing and mentoring effective product marketing teams
  • Success in helping build and scale marketing models with companies experiencing high growth
  • Experience in the management of product marketing of multiple products within an organization
