Our client, a National Media Automation / Ad Tech Platform Firm is seeking a Sales Director to join their sales team. Reporting into the CEO there is a huge opportunity to help this client grow existing and emerging markets. In collaboration with the National Teams you will help define the sales strategy and drive execution for some of the world’s top brands. The Director will provide leadership for the dynamic, diverse, and hard working sales teams. The Director will hire, manage and develop the expanding national Sales team including salespeople and support staff

Candidate must be experienced within media automation and ad tech platforms at the highest levels. Obviously the Director needs to be results-driven, highly motivated and committed to creating new business through inbound and outbound activity. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in digital media (display, social, mobile, search) or ad tech sales direction. This person will own the complete sales process from prospect to close and lead seamless transitions to the accounts team. S/he must have a strong understanding of Direct Response, Mobile and Social marketing.


Must have’s:
Start up/early stage enterprise company experience
7+ years of enterprise sales experience
3+ years of sales team management
Experience selling 250k+ technology solutions
Can demonstrate consistent out performance of quota

SaaS experience
Enterprise software experience
Advertising sales experience
Online Media expertise
Solution selling experience
Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise products to C-level employees
Track record of consistently successfully managing Sales cycles of 4-6 months
Experience leading and managing complex sales into complex enterprise organizations is preferred
