This 10+ year old, fast-growing Boston-based, niche-focused provider SaaS software and services software company has an impressive global client base these days.
Business is booming and they plan to add several people to their roster this year. As such, they need to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the candidate interview/hiring experience and overall process. The ideal person for this role will be super organized and have a flexible, go-with-the-flow mentality, as we know how quickly hiring needs and schedules can change in the business world. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their global Recruiting/HR repertoire and be part of a rock solid, high performance HR team.
Day to days:
  • Manage the candidate experience during the interview process
  • Help onboard new hires to ensure their first day on the job is a great one
  • Act as an HR spokesperson to outside agencies and potential applicants
  • Schedule phone screens and interviews, collect interview feedback from hiring managers, manage candidate history in recruiting database, check references, prepare offer letters and manage sign-on paperwork - all in accordance with company policies and procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Assist with special department projects
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks such as training and events, posting classified ads, printing resumes for interviews, reminder calls/emails, hiring events, etc.

Must Have's:
  • 1+ years' of post-college related work experience in HR or Recruitment capacity
  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills
  • High levels of discretion; able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR matters/information
  • Stellar customer service skills, excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism
